Various extruder sizes and pelletising system sizes available, plus a wide range of die face geometries available mean that equipment can be matched and optimised quickly to individual applications and the right pelletising system with the required throughput performance can be demonstrated under conditions similar to those of actual production.

The pelletising system can be used for almost all conventional thermoplastic melts excluding PA 6.6, PET and PP melts with MFI over 100. For pelletising PP with MFI over 100 (up to approx. MFI 1000) a special semi-submerged pelletising solution is used (ask for demonstration). Strand pelletising systems are used for PA 6.6 and PET (ask for demonstration and or separate brochure).
